A man from Dubai (I’m from Spain) I just met through Instagram wants to send me money and even offered to pay my rent in the future. He says he does it because he has too much money and he want to spend it on someone good. We have talked only for two days. Am I being scammed?

Are you a beautiful woman?
If no, then you're probably being scammed.
If yes, there's a smaller probability that you're being scammed.

Yes. I would be very careful as nothing in the world is free. There are cases like this https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/comment/51378 and I would not give personal details to anyone. Especially not someone you have never met. This can eventually lead to financial scam or worse personal harm.
