Can you please add a little more to this - what have you tried to solve the problem so far? What version of Minecraft are you using? After having a quick skim of the log you posted, I noticed you are using OptiFine. How recently was that installed? Did the game work with OptiFine originally? The more you can think of, the easier it will be for us to help.
