I get an error message when redeeming a code that is entered correctly?
My friend got me a psn card and sent me the code, I entered it multiple times correctly and all I get is an error message. I let my cousin enter it on his ps4 and it gave him the same error message. The code is not invalid nor has it been used. Whenever I enter it, the money is still on there. What do I do?
