Minecraft Windows 10 Edition - Command Block Problem

0

So, I'm having a huge problem with command blocks in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.
To specify: I'm making a map that involves a lot of command blocks. I don't know if that could be part of the issue. After changing the block type to chain and keeping everything else the same, I press the X instead of the Cancel button so it saves. The block skin changes correctly, but then when I power it nothing happens. On top of that, upon accessing it, on the left where I changed it stayed what I changed it to, but the bottom right is "Block Type: Impulse" and "Redstone: Always Active." I don't know if screenshots would be helpful, but I can provide some.
