Earthbound Get Carrot Key to Return to Pink Cloud

I'm playing through Earthbound and missed Poo's Bracer of Kings. Poo is in my party and I've progressed to the Underworld.
When I go to Dalaam and try to enter Pink Cloud the rabbits are blocking the entrance again. When I check them it says "(As strange as this may sound, there are statues of rabbits blocking your way)." I used the Carrot Key to enter previously and it seems to be gone now. It's not in Escargo Express nor in Tracy's room's storage. Fandom says:
The Carrot Key is an item in EarthBound. It is a key, which when used
on rabbit statues in Dalaam, will cause the statues to dematerialize,
along with the Carrot Key.
Is there a way to get the Carrot Key back so I can return to Pink Cloud?
