Old Win 2D Spider game

I am trying to find an old win 2D game. The main goal was to create as many spiderwebs (surrounded areas) as possible without getting caught by some other dot(some spider eater). On the edges of the area you were safe from the devourer, there was time limit for that, to prevent from slacking!
